Frequently asked questions
How is the savings estimate calculated?
We multiply your monthly loads by the manual minutes each takes, apply the share that is rules-based (and therefore automatable), then value the recovered hours at your loaded labor cost. The platform fee is subtracted to show net savings.
What counts as "rules-based" work?
Repetitive, guardrail-driven tasks like check calls, load intake from DAT, routine booking within your rate rules, and inbox triage. Relationship-heavy or judgment calls stay with your team.
Is this a quote?
No. It is a directional planning estimate. Actual results depend on workflow design, data quality, integrations, operating rules, lanes, freight mix, and the actions you approve agents to perform.
